Q: What is the typical delivery time?
A: Standard and Free Shipping take 4-7 days, depending on the distance from our Nevada warehouse. The holiday season can cause shipping times to double.
Q: My order was initially supposed to arrive on Monday, then it was changed to Tuesday, but it still hasn’t arrived. When is the actual delivery date?
A: Carrier delivery can be unpredictable, as can tracking information. Please get in touch with info@lacorsagame if you have any concerns about an order. We have seen carriers mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives. During busy periods, carriers often forget to update tracking details.
Q: I received the wrong item.

Q: The box for the original game is dinged up in a few places.
A: We will send a replacement for your damaged item.
PRODUCTS
Q: I got the Grand Prix 1961 season with the base game. Is there not a way to use that expansion with the base game alone?
A: All our Racecar Sets are compatible with the core game by adding a special livery or color. Additionally, you receive a Track Card with a unique house rule that can be used in any race, with or without the expansion. However, the Grand Prix Seasons sets also introduce a championship season to the 1962 Expansion, which includes pit stops, crashes, and more cars on the grid. The marker cards are designed to modify a specific Grand Prix Season, providing advantages to different manufacturers.
Q: Can you provide an estimate when the race car sets will be back in stock?
A: We are constantly creating new race car colors, and many of your favorites will not be reissued. Try BoardGameGeek.com. Board gamers are always looking to trade.
Q: I thought I was purchasing the physical game advertised. Could you please help me understand what the Quick Start Rules download link is for? It looks like rules... does the game not come with that?
A: While your purchase includes a classic rule book, our free Quick Start Guide is available for download for those looking for a more visual experience.

Q: I used my Apple Pay/Shop Pay to order a game, but it was sent to my old address. Can I cancel my order and redo it? Or change the shipping and billing address?
