SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES

If an order is placed before 10:00 a.m. PT, it will generally ship the same day. After that time, your order will be shipped the next day. This applies to orders placed Monday-Friday. Saturday and Sunday will require an extra day.

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Standard and free shipping usually take 4-7 days, depending on the delivery location. Our packages ship from Nevada. Holiday delivery times can double and delivery times are longer for Alaska and Hawaii.

We do not ship internationally.

SHIPPING COSTS

We charge $4.99 for Standard Shipping. Enjoy free shipping on game orders when you spend $70 or more.

Please note that apparel is made to order and does not qualify for free shipping and different shipping rates apply. Delivery time is typically two weeks.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We do not offer local delivery or pickup in-store.

SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

Please allow for natural disasters or interrupted carrier service.

ORDER TRACKING

After you make your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will become active in 1-2 days once the carrier receives the package. Contact us at info@lacorsagame.com for inquiries regarding delivery.

REFUNDS, CHARGES, AND CANCELATIONS

If you’re not satisfied with any item, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 90 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refund requests received within 90 days of purchase will be issued to the original form of payment when available. Refunds processed beyond 90 days, along with those lacking proof of purchase from Linea Rossa Games, will be refunded at Linea Rossa Games' discretion.
Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price, provided proof of purchase from Linea Rossa Games is presented. If neither the customer nor Linea Rossa Games can locate this documentation, refunds will be issued at the value determined by Linea Rossa Games.
Exchanges will be issued for the same-style merchandise, if available, when accompanied by proof of purchase from Linea Rossa Games. If neither the customer nor Linea Rossa Games can locate this documentation, and/ or if the same-style merchandise is not available, refunds will be issued at a value determined by Linea Rossa Games.

Defective Part or Shipping Issue

If you need a part replaced due to a manufacturing defect or shipping mishap, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will remedy the issue to the best of our ability.
